Modification or cancellation insurance

Insurance for modification or cancellation: we will follow up on this order request with a formal proposal that will contain the agreed calendar. A letter of engagement will be issued after your acceptance. With the letter of engagement we make a formal commitment on the project by committing consultants calendar and booking travels in advance.
Any changes following the engagement letter will therefore result in monetary and time losses for both parties.
These losses can be reduced or canceled by purchasing this optional insurance cover.
The cover provides:
- Bronze: reduction to 20% of indemnity liabilities for modification or cancellations
- Silver: reduction to zero of indemnity liabilities for modification or cancellations
- Gold: compensation for causes deriving from HH (cancellation or withdrawal) up to 600 eur / day

In the absence of insurance coverage, the following basic conditions apply:
1. Cancellation or withdrawal Due to HH: full refund including expenses; HH cannot be held responsible for any economic losses suffered by the customer.
Due to the client: if the project is canceled after the engagement letter, 45% of the course and 100% of the travel expenses will be charged as compensation for anticipated costs and for the operational loss;
Force majeure: the consultant or the trainer will be at the delivery place on the agreed calendar days at the established times. In the event of force majeure (floods, fires, earthquakes) which result in cancellation of the course, only travel expenses will be charged. The unavailability of the customer is not considered to be force majeure.

2. Change or postponement of scheduled calendar
Due to HH: no costs will be charged; HH cannot be held responsible for any economic losses suffered by the customer;
Due to the customer: if the calendar is changed with more than 14 days' notice from the start of the project, 70% of the travel expenses will be deducted as compensation;
If the course calendar is changed with less than 14 working days notice, 100% of the travel expenses will be charged;
Force majeure: the consultant or the HH trainer will be to delivery place on the calendar days and at the established times. In case of force majeure (floods, fires, earthquakes) which determine the postponement of the course, only the travel expenses will be charged. The unavailability of the customer is not considered to be force majeure.
